libbobcat4 software package provides run-time (shared) Bobcat library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbobcat4
libbobcat4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbobcat4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbobcat4 *
You will get with libbobcat4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
